In 2024, the Israeli cybersecurity sector demonstrated remarkable growth, achieving a record-breaking 50 seed funding rounds that raised a total of $400 million, showcasing strong confidence in early-stage innovation.

According to the State of the Cyber Nation Report 2024, total investments in the Israeli cybersecurity industry reached $4 billion across 89 funding rounds, highlighting its resilience and expansion.

This investment figure marks a significant increase, more than doubling the $1.89 billion raised in 2023.

The growth stage of the industry also saw substantial improvement, with 16 Series C+ funding rounds in 2024 raising $2.9 billion, a staggering 300% increase from the $888 million raised in the previous year.

Global venture capital interest in Israeli cybersecurity has surged, as evidenced by the rise in seed investments from top-tier VCs, which jumped from 10 rounds in 2023 to 22 in 2024.

The maturation of the ecosystem is further illustrated by the strategic consolidation within the industry, as five Israeli cybersecurity startups acquired other young startups.
