The Voto Latino Foundation has initiated a $5 million campaign named 'Vota con Ganas' aimed at boosting Latino voter participation ahead of the upcoming November elections.

Maria Teresa Kumar, co-founder and president of Voto Latino, stated that this initiative seeks to empower the Latino community and goes beyond merely urging them to vote.

The campaign will include voter-registration drives, workshops, and a robust social media effort featuring videos from prominent Latino celebrities and influencers.

Wilmer Valderrama, who produced and directed the campaign's videos, underscored the critical role of Latino engagement in ensuring their safety and future in the United States.

Notable figures participating in the campaign include America Ferrera, Gina Torres, Gabriel Luna, Jessica Alba, Wilmer Valderrama, DannyLux, and Xochitl Gomez.

The initiative will be bolstered by the support of 300 partner organizations and businesses, including major names like the NFL, Sony Music, and Universal Music, along with Voto Latino chapters on 100 college campuses.
