Kevin Bui, along with two friends, planned and executed a deadly arson attack on a family's home in Colorado in 2020, mistakenly believing they had stolen Bui's cellphone.

Bui used the 'Find My iPhone' app to track the location of his phone to the victims' home, but burned the wrong house, resulting in the deaths of five people, including a toddler and a baby.

Bui pleaded guilty to the crime and will serve 60 years in prison.

The attack was premeditated, with evidence including texts and social media messages indicating the group's intentions.

Two other suspects were also charged and sentenced in connection with the arson and murders.

The horrifying incident was captured on surveillance video, showing the suspects wearing hockey masks and carrying out the planned attack by pouring gasoline and setting the house on fire.

The victims were unable to escape the blaze, leading to their tragic deaths.

Bui's sentencing is scheduled for July 2nd, where he will face the consequences of his heinous actions.
