SpaceX successfully launched 22 Starlink satellites from Vandenberg Space Force Base on Monday night.

The launch featured a Falcon 9 rocket creating a 'jellyfish' effect, visible across the U.S. West Coast.

This Falcon 9 rocket's first-stage booster has been used in nine prior missions, including two for the US Space Development Agency.

Post-launch, the rocket's first-stage booster landed vertically on a droneship in the Pacific Ocean.

SpaceX aims to use the newly deployed satellites to increase internet coverage in Africa and Asia.

The company is gearing up for its next mission, CRS-30, to the International Space Station, scheduled for Thursday from Cape Canaveral.
