Kulsama Akter, a 27-year-old, was murdered in Bradford, initiating a nationwide manhunt.

The prime suspect is 25-year-old Habibur Masum, who was previously out on bail for threatening to kill Akter.

Masum is alleged to have traveled to Akter's area and fatally stabbed her.

Police are urgently requesting information from the public to capture Masum, with instructions to call 999 if he is spotted.

A 23-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly assisting Masum, and several raids have been conducted.

Suspect Habibur Masum is described as slim, last seen in a distinctive grey, white, and black duffle coat, and maroon trainers.

Both West Yorkshire Police and Greater Manchester Police are under scrutiny by the Independent Office for Police Conduct for their handling of previous incidents involving Masum and Akter.
