The highly anticipated musical *Redwood*, starring Tony Award-winner Idina Menzel, is set to begin preview performances on January 24, 2025, with an official opening scheduled for February 13, 2025.

*Redwood* tells the compelling story of Jesse, played by Menzel, who undergoes a transformative journey following a life-altering event that leads her to the majestic redwoods of Northern California.

Co-conceived by Tina Landau and Idina Menzel, the musical was originally developed at La Jolla Playhouse, where it premiered in 2024 to a sold-out audience.

Written and directed by Tony Award-nominee Tina Landau, *Redwood* features music by Kate Diaz, with lyrics co-written by Diaz and Landau.

The cast includes notable performers such as De’Adre Aziza, Michael Park, Zachary Noah Piser, and Khaila Wilcoxon, adding depth to the production.

Producers Eva Price, Caroline Kaplan, and Loudmouth Media lead a diverse creative team responsible for various aspects of the musical.

General ticket prices for *Redwood* start at $79 and can be purchased online or at the box office.

In-person rush tickets will be available for $44 each at the Nederlander Theatre box office on a first-come, first-served basis, starting February 2, 2025.

A digital lottery will offer a limited number of $49 tickets for each performance, opening at 10 AM ET the day before and closing at 4 PM ET on the same day.

Winners of the lottery will be notified shortly after it closes and must claim their tickets within 60 minutes, with a maximum of two tickets allowed per entry.
