Nick Jonas and Adrienne Warren are set to star in the Broadway revival of 'The Last Five Years,' with preview performances beginning on March 18, 2025, and the official opening scheduled for April 6, 2025.

This revival marks the first time 'The Last Five Years' will be presented on Broadway, following its original premiere at Chicago's Northlight Theatre in 2001 and various Off-Broadway adaptations.

The musical, written by Jason Robert Brown, explores the relationship between Jamie, a novelist played by Jonas, and Cathy, a struggling actress portrayed by Warren, through intertwining solo songs told from two different timelines.

Jonas, 31, previously appeared on Broadway in 'How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying,' while Warren, 37, won a Tony Award in 2021 for her role in 'Tina: The Tina Turner Musical,' making their return to the stage highly anticipated.

The production will be directed by Tony nominee Whitney White, known for her work on 'Jaja’s African Hair Braiding,' and will feature choreographers Jeff Kuperman and Rick Kuperman.

New orchestrations by Jason Robert Brown will be included in this production, which will feature a larger ensemble of nine musicians, compared to six in previous versions.

The score of 'The Last Five Years' has become a favorite in musical theatre, featuring well-known songs like 'Nobody Needs to Know' and 'Still Hurting,' which are recognized as staples.

An exclusive video showcasing Jonas and Warren performing 'I Can Do Better Than That' and 'Moving Too Fast' was released on January 22, 2025, providing a sneak peek of their performances.

The production is being produced by Seaview, ATG Productions, and The Season, with tickets available at TheLastFiveYearsBroadway.com.

The revival is planned as a limited engagement, running for 14 weeks and concluding on June 22, 2025.

The production team also includes Mia Neal for wig and hair design, with Cody Renard Richard as the production stage manager.

On the same day as the video release, Jonas shared a first look at their collaborative performance on Instagram, generating excitement among fans.
