Lencia Kebede to Break Barriers as First Black Elphaba in Broadway's 'Wicked'
January 22, 2025Lencia Kebede is set to make history as the first Black actress to take on the role of Elphaba in the Broadway production of Wicked, starting on March 4, 2025.
On the same date, Allie Trimm, who has served as the Glinda standby since December 2021, will officially step into the role of Glinda.
