Former television personality Andrew O'Keefe was re-arrested on August 7, 2024, just hours after appearing in court.

The arrest took place around 1 PM on the same day he appeared in court.

O'Keefe is currently facing multiple court matters and returned to court twice within a week.

Reports indicate that he contacted the alleged victim of intimidation, leading to a breach of his bail conditions.

He faces charges of domestic violence-related intimidation and breaching an apprehended violence order stemming from a July incident.

O'Keefe indicated in court that he would enter pleas regarding these allegations next week.

He had previously pleaded not guilty to charges of common assault and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

Earlier in January, he was found guilty of multiple offenses, including assaulting a woman and possession of the drug mephedrone.

During his previous arrest, O'Keefe verbally abused police officers, expressing feelings of 'justifiable and righteous rage.'

O'Keefe, 52, was arrested at his home in Vaucluse by officers from the Eastern Suburbs Police Area Command.

During a vehicle stop earlier this year, police found a crack pipe in O'Keefe's jacket pocket, and he tested positive for drugs.

The judge did not convict O'Keefe but imposed a 12-month conditional release order instead.
