Samsung is on a mission to make its Galaxy AI tools widely accessible, aiming to provide these features to 100 million phones with the upcoming One UI 6.1 OS release.

This tool is being rolled out to millions of Galaxy users, expanding its availability beyond just the Galaxy S24.

The update will also reach various budget devices, including the Galaxy A55, A54, A35, A34, and the Galaxy Tab S9 FE and Tab S9 FE+.

Circle to Search is designed to operate on less powerful hardware compared to other Galaxy AI features, functioning similarly to Google Lens and being compatible with most Android phones.

The tool offers a range of features, including text translation, QR code scanning, and providing homework assistance without directly solving problems.

Additionally, Google has enhanced Circle to Search with an audio identification feature, allowing users to identify music tracks actively, akin to Shazam.

Future updates may introduce more AI-powered features from Google, such as Live Translate and Chat Assist, potentially extending to older devices.

As part of this initiative, an estimated 25 million devices, including the Galaxy Quantum 4 and Galaxy S21, will receive the new Circle to Search AI tool.
