10-month-old Eleia Maria Torres was abducted but has been found safe after her mother and another woman were killed in a New Mexico park.

A suspect connected to the abduction and shootings is currently in custody.

Eleia and her 5-year-old sister, who was found injured, have both been taken to hospitals for care.

The FBI and local police are actively investigating the murders, the abduction, and the assault on the older sibling.

The community is called upon to assist by providing any relevant information to the authorities.

An Amber Alert had been issued for Eleia, and the suspect was believed to be driving a maroon Honda.
