12-year-old Jeremy Thompson from Mandurah, WA, was dragged by a Transperth bus for 300 meters, resulting in a broken pelvis and hand.

The incident occurred on May 14 when the bus driver closed the doors on Jeremy's foot before accelerating, despite witnesses pleading for intervention.

The driver has been stood down, and police are reviewing security camera footage from inside the bus.

Jeremy underwent skin grafts and is facing long-term trauma, prompting concerns about his emotional well-being.

His family is demanding charges against the driver and support for Jeremy's recovery.
