ProcureYard's establishment and funding reflect the growing interest and investment in the Indian B2B technology landscape, underscored by the recent emergence of NetraDyne as India's first unicorn of 2025.

ProcureYard, a B2B commerce platform for raw materials founded in 2023 by Anshu Kandhari and his team, has secured $1.72 million in seed funding led by Powerhouse Ventures.

The funding round also saw participation from Java Capital, 2am VC, and notable angel investors including Abhishek Goyal and Rajesh Sawhney.

Within just 18 months of operation, ProcureYard has reported an annualized revenue run rate (ARR) of Rs. 300 crore and achieved profitability, with ambitious plans to reach Rs. 3,000 crore in ARR over the next year and a half.

Since securing seed funding, the company has experienced over 6x growth, targeting a $1 trillion untapped market in the B2B sector.

ProcureYard is expanding its custom-built conversational AI capabilities to include a wider range of raw materials and has introduced a multi-lingual voice agent to assist customers.

The platform serves as a comprehensive solution for construction, manufacturing, and infrastructure companies, offering services such as procurement, inventory liquidation, logistics management, and financing.

Sri Peddu from Powerhouse Ventures praised ProcureYard for its innovative approach to transforming a fragmented industry and noted its early profitability as a strong indicator of market demand.

CEO Anshu Kandhari emphasized that ProcureYard's AI agents simplify procurement processes for SMEs, enabling them to find suppliers, negotiate deals, and gain financial insights without complex tools.

Operating in over 20 states, ProcureYard has established a network of more than 200 suppliers and serves over 200 SMEs across India.

The platform enhances procurement for EPC contractors by enabling data interaction and supply chain digitization, further supported by the newly launched multi-lingual voice agent.
