This strategy seeks to unify efforts among like-minded nations in response to growing threats and rapid technological advancements in the space domain.

Saltzman introduced the Objective Force, which outlines the Space Force's future operational environment and investment priorities, emphasizing collaboration with global partners and industry.

The strategy will serve as a roadmap for creating a multinational space coalition, focusing on empowering partners, enhancing interoperability, and integrating allied capabilities.

It emphasizes international integration by leveraging partner strengths, improving data interoperability, and aligning force development across allied nations.

Saltzman cautioned that America's advantages in space could turn into strategic vulnerabilities if not adequately protected.

He underscored the importance of space for joint military operations, asserting that "space superiority is now a prerequisite for battlefield success."

Saltzman also highlighted the role of Guardians in supporting U.S. Southern Command and collaborating with Latin American countries on missions, including disaster relief.

Successful examples of international cooperation in this realm include initiatives like the Joint Commercial Operations Cell and collaborative satellite ride-share programs.

To further enhance allied coordination, Saltzman called for the expedited declassification of space intelligence.

He concluded that the future of space security relies on collective efforts, stating, "This is our moment to lead - not alone, but together."
