Sierra Lobo will provide test operations support for various customers within the NASA Stennis test complex.

NASA has awarded a contract to Sierra Lobo, Inc. of Fremont, Ohio, for test operations and technical support at the Stennis Space Center in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi.

The NASA Stennis Test Operations Contract is valued at approximately $47 million and is structured as a fixed-price, level-of-effort agreement.

The performance period for this contract begins on July 1, 2025, and lasts for three years, including a base year and two optional one-year extensions.

The scope of the contract includes operating and maintaining technical systems in high-pressure water, gas, and cryogenic propellant storage areas, along with welding, fabrication, machining, and component processing services.

The facilities at NASA Stennis are utilized by NASA, other government entities, and private industries for research and development in technology and propulsion.

Recognized as the largest propulsion test site in the United States, NASA Stennis supports a range of projects from component testing to large engine hot fires.
