A new LAN gaming event, titled 'Enclave 1 – The Awakening', is set to take place at Marshall Arena in Milton Keynes from April 17 to 21, 2024.

Organized by LANCraft Events Ltd, the event is spearheaded by former Player1 Events employees Matt 'Kharne' Macdonald and Michael 'Geosnipe' Lambert.

Kharne and Geosnipe have a history with Player1 Events, which previously managed the Insomnia Gaming Festival before its liquidation earlier this year.

Enclave 1 will feature a diverse range of activities, including LAN gaming, tournaments, retro gaming, board games, VR simulators, and a unique meta-game storyline that connects to future events.

The event aims to blend social gaming with grassroots tournaments, initially showcasing popular games like Overwatch 2 and Rocket League.

Further details about the tournaments and event specifics will be released in the new year as plans continue to develop.

For attendees, non-BYOC weekend spectator tickets are priced at £70, while one-day tickets are available for £25, with options for PC and equipment rentals.

Tickets for LAN BYOC (Bring Your Own Computer) access start at £130, with VIP tickets available for £275, which include additional perks.
