In the 2023 season, Swiderski was loaned to Hellas Verona for half the season, returning to Charlotte to score six goals and provide two assists in 10 games.

His performance included scoring 10 goals and providing six assists in 2022, followed by 12 goals and four assists in 2023.

Over three seasons with Charlotte FC, Swiderski scored a total of 28 goals in 71 matches, with 66 of those being starts.

In all competitions, he set a club record with 32 goals in 85 games.

Additionally, he recorded 12 assists for the team throughout his time at Charlotte.

In the 2023 playoffs, he managed to score one goal in three matches.
