O'Melveny & Myers LLP has announced the addition of two prominent transactional lawyers, Stephanie Keen and Sylvia Taslim, as partners in its Singapore office.

Their arrival will bolster the firm's Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Practice, enhancing O'Melveny's presence in the pan-Asia region.

Stephanie Keen brings nearly 30 years of experience and is recognized as a leading lawyer by Chambers and in The Legal 500's Singapore Lawyer 'Hall of Fame.'

Sylvia Taslim, a 'Rising Star' in corporate and M&A, has nearly two decades of experience in cross-border transactions, particularly in the energy sector.

Both Keen and Taslim have extensive experience in M&A and private equity across various industries, including technology, consumer goods, and energy.

Prior to joining O'Melveny, Keen led the Asia-Pacific Private Equity Practice and the Corporate and Finance Practice at Hogan Lovells' Singapore office.

Keen expressed her excitement about contributing to O'Melveny's growth in Asia, citing the firm's reputation for exceptional lawyers and client service.
