Playtonic Friends and Castle Pixel will unveil their upcoming game, Cattle Country, at EGX 2024 in London, taking place from October 25 to 27.

Attendees at EGX will have the first hands-on opportunity to try Cattle Country at Playtonic Friends’ booth, located at The Farm RZ16C.

For those unable to attend EGX, a PC Open Beta demo of Cattle Country will be available on Steam starting October 25.

It's important to note that Cattle Country is currently in early development, and the Open Beta will not reflect the final product's quality or scope.

The Open Beta allows players to provide feedback that will help shape the game's future development.

Cattle Country is a cozy cowboy life-sim adventure set in a pixel art prairie, allowing players to engage in ranching and crafting.

The game features various gameplay elements, including building a homestead, interacting with townsfolk, and fending off bandits.

Players can also engage in romance with 18 characters and embark on treasure hunts in the game world.

Developed by Castle Pixel and published by Playtonic Friends, Cattle Country will be available on PC via Steam.

In addition to Cattle Country, Playtonic Friends will showcase demos for other games including Victory Heat Rally, Dunk Dunk, and Yooka-Replaylee at Rezzed Zones RZ13B & RZ13C.
