Iconic Teeth of the Dog Golf Course Set for Major Restoration in 2025
April 23, 2024Casa de Campo in the Dominican Republic is set to restore the iconic Teeth of the Dog golf course starting January 2025.
The course, designed by Pete Dye, is famous for its scenic ocean-side holes.
Restoration plans include re-grassing with Dynasty Paspalum and enlarging greens and bunkers.
Jerry Pate Design will complete the project by November 2025.
While restoration is underway, Casa de Campo's other two Dye-designed courses will remain open.
This marks the first major renovation of the Teeth of the Dog course since its inception in 1971.
The renovation aims to honor Pete Dye's legacy and maintain the course's status as a premier golfing destination.
