Epic Games is gearing up for the launch of a new season in Fortnite, titled Fortnite OG Chapter Two, set to debut on November 2, 2023.

Before this new season, the final update for Chapter 5 – Season 4 is scheduled for October 22, 2023, which will introduce new event files and a countdown for the upcoming event.

Leading into the new season, an event is planned around November 1, 2023, featuring six phases and likely causing server downtime immediately after its conclusion.

This upcoming event will introduce a new game mode that deviates from the traditional Battle Royale playlists, ensuring players cannot eliminate each other during the event.

Leaked details suggest that this event will serve as a conclusion to Chapter 5, paving the way for the new game mode.

A countdown timer for the event will be visible in both the lobby and the game, allowing players to participate live.

The Battle Pass for Fortnite OG Chapter Two is expected to be smaller, featuring 50 tiers and 10 bonus rewards, similar to last year's format.

Players can look forward to skins in the new Battle Pass that may include popular characters from Chapter Two, such as Midas, Skye, and Meowcles.

Fortnite OG Chapter Two will be a shorter season, lasting just under a month, with an anticipated end date of December 1, 2023.

The current season, Absolute Doom, will conclude at 11 PM PT on November 2, with expected downtime before the new chapter begins.

Additionally, Snoop Dogg is anticipated to make an appearance at the upcoming Fortnite Festival, bringing new skins and music content.

Future updates may also include enhancements to other game modes, such as LEGO Fortnite and Rocket Racing.
