Cloud9, a prominent esports organization, has announced a partnership with Sony Electronics aimed at enhancing the performance of its Call of Duty team based in New York.

These monitors were developed in collaboration with professional esports players, focusing on advanced features that enhance player precision.

Kazuteru Makiyama, Vice President of Sony Electronics North America, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration and its potential to elevate esports competition.

Jack Etienne, CEO of Cloud9, highlighted that this collaboration is essential for gaining a competitive edge in the upcoming Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 season.

As part of the partnership, Sony will provide Cloud9 with INZONE M10S monitors, which are specifically designed for competitive gaming and feature a 27" OLED QHD display, a 480Hz refresh rate, and ultra-fast response times.

To celebrate this partnership and the launch of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, Cloud9 will host the Sony INZONE $10K Tournament in November, featuring top players competing for a $10,000 prize pool.

Sony Electronics, a subsidiary of Sony Corporation of America, is well-known for its innovation in consumer and professional electronics, significantly contributing to the gaming and entertainment industry.

Fans participating in Club9 will have the chance to win Sony monitors through raffles, further deepening their connection with Cloud9.

Cloud9 has a successful history in esports since its founding in 2013, with teams competing in various titles including League of Legends and VALORANT.

In addition to supporting the team, Sony will also sponsor Club9, Cloud9's fan loyalty program, which will offer exclusive opportunities for fans to engage with the organization.
