SETE committed to substantial investments, including 380 million euros for maintenance and works by 2031, addressing union demands.

The recent strike led to apologies and full refunds for 100,000 visitors, underscoring the impact of the closure.

Despite a 120 million euro shortfall from the pandemic, the Eiffel Tower has bounced back with 6.3 million visitors in 2023.
