German insurance company HanseMerkur has enhanced its involvement in the VALORANT esports scene by partnering with the VALORANT Challengers DACH league for 2024.

The partnership includes support in league organization, community giveaways, and brand visibility with HanseMerkur's logo on social media and live streams, as well as a dedicated branded segment.

HanseMerkur has been active in VALORANT esports since 2020 and is extending its collaboration with Project V to create content and co-host grand finals.

The HanseMerkur Challengers DACH league, starting February 10th, is a part of Riot Games' global VALORANT Challengers ecosystem and is managed by Freaks 4U Gaming alongside Diversity in Esports.

NODWIN, an Indian esports firm, has invested in Freaks 4U Gaming, emphasizing the growing business interest in esports.

Riot Games plans for the 2024 competitive VALORANT season include new team skin bundles and a revamped in-game Esports Hub.
