Boostio's addition followed speculation and reports of EG initially denying 100T's buyout request.

Boostio had been with EG for two years, leading the team to a Top 3 finish in the Americas League season and a first-place finish at Champions LA.

The 100 Thieves roster for VCT 2024 now includes Asuna, bang, Cryocells, eeiu, and Boostio.

The organization has undergone significant changes, including dropping two players and adding a new head coach, Zikz, since the 2023 season.

The signing of Boostio is expected to improve 100 Thieves' performance and their ability to compete internationally.
