Former NSW police officer Beaumont Lamarre-Condon is scheduled for a court appearance on Tuesday concerning the alleged murder of Sydney couple Luke Davies and Jessie Baird.

At age 28, Lamarre-Condon was dismissed from the police force following the murder charges and is currently detained.

The prosecution claims the murders were premeditated and occurred at Mr. Baird's residence in Paddington.

Legal representatives for Lamarre-Condon will engage in proceedings at Sydney's Downing Centre Local Court.

The victims were discovered in surfboard bags at a remote property near Goulburn after being reported missing for days.

Lamarre-Condon, who became a police officer in 2019, was also noted for operating a celebrity blog.

Memorials for Davies and Baird have taken place, with loved ones focusing on celebrating their lives rather than the manner of their deaths.
