Sereact GmBH, a German AI robotics startup based in Stuttgart, has successfully raised €25 million (approximately $26 million) to enhance its AI models and robotics platform.

The Series A funding round was led by Creandum, with contributions from existing investors Point Nine and Air Street Capital, as well as notable angel investors including former Formula 1 champion Nico Rosberg.

Founded in 2021 by Ralf Gulde and Marc Tuscher, Sereact specializes in AI-powered robotics solutions aimed at automating pick-and-pack processes in warehouses and manufacturing.

A standout feature of Sereact's technology is its PickGPT model, which combines zero-shot visual reasoning with natural language instructions, allowing non-technical users to operate robots effectively.

Ralf Gulde, CEO and co-founder, emphasized that their technology enables robots to act situationally, adapting to dynamic tasks in real-time rather than relying on strict programming.

This innovative approach allows robots to execute tasks without prior specific training, learning from real-world data and adapting to complex environments.

Sereact's technology enables customers to deploy solutions within a single day, leading to immediate cost savings and increased efficiency.

Notable clients such as BMW, Daimler Truck, Bol, and Active Ants have successfully implemented Sereact's software, benefiting from its real-time data capabilities.

With the new funding, Sereact plans to develop advanced robot hardware platforms, including mobile robots and humanoids, while expanding its presence in the US market.
