Egypt is set to host Africa's first AI healthcare conference during the 4th Africa Health ExCon from June 24 to 27, 2025, at Al Manara International Conference Center in Cairo.

This landmark event is organized through a partnership between the Egyptian Authority for Unified Procurement, Medical Supply, and Technology Management and Moharram & Partners, with backing from the African Union and other organizations.

M&P plans to invite leading firms specializing in AI-driven medical solutions to showcase their innovations at the conference, creating opportunities for investment and collaboration.

The conference aims to serve as a regional hub for AI innovation in healthcare, facilitating knowledge exchange between technology leaders and African governments.

Dr. Hisham Stait emphasized that this partnership positions Egypt as a leader in health innovation across Africa, with a focus on enhancing healthcare services through AI technologies.

Dr. Kamal Ebeid highlighted the conference as a vital platform for intellectual leaders to explore the potential of AI in improving healthcare quality.

The agreement for the conference was signed by Dr. Kamal Ebeid and Mr. Sherif Bendary, and witnessed by several key figures in healthcare and technology management.

Mr. Moustafa Moharram noted the significance of the collaboration with UPA, aiming for unprecedented opportunities for healthcare innovation at both local and continental levels.
