C&L Aviation Services has successfully installed a Starlink connectivity system on an Embraer ERJ 140 aircraft.

This installation was facilitated through a partnership with Aerospace Design & Compliance LLC, which assisted in amending the existing supplemental type certificate (STC) for the ERJ 135/145.

Charlie Carrol, the Avionics Sales Manager at C&L Aviation Services, highlighted the significance of this STC development for enhancing future connectivity support.

Carrol also pointed out that Starlink is gaining traction within the aviation sector, and C&L aims to strengthen its partnership with Starlink.

This advancement paves the way for future installation projects of Starlink connectivity on the ERJ 140, 135, 145, and Legacy 600 aircraft.
