Female riders from a British cycling team have come forward with accusations of sexual harassment against the team's owner.

Concerns about the owner's behavior have been serious enough that both British Cycling and the police issued warnings regarding his safeguarding risks to female riders of all ages.

The team owner, who is now in his sixties, has a troubling history related to safeguarding issues, which includes a previous ban from working with youth riders.

Due to these safeguarding concerns, he was barred from engaging with youth at a cycling club where he had previously been active.
