SpaceX has launched a customer support phone number for Starlink subscribers in the U.S. and Canada, aimed at enhancing service quality.

The hotline is available Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central Time and provides assistance in both English and Spanish.

For those experiencing internet connection problems, customers can reach out by calling 1-866-606-5103 in the U.S. or 1-888-864-1321 in Canada.

The support number was first discovered by a Facebook user on November 20, 2024, and is now prominently featured in the official Starlink app and website.

Earlier in June 2024, SpaceX had initiated a customer support phone line, initially limited to subscribers in Indonesia, before expanding it to Ghana and Kenya.
