The Acolyte consists of 8 episodes, each lasting 30-40 minutes, focusing on a character-driven, combat-oriented story.

The cast includes notable actors like Carrie Ann Moss and Amandla Stenberg.

The series is part of a larger plan to explore different eras in the Star Wars universe, with a second season already in development.
